We look forward to your continued support in 2025.

Although we haven’t been able to share our updates, Team CBC has had a busy 2024.

Everyone has found new jobs, and while we now have less spare capacity to invest in projects, we are tackling them in a more systematic and rapid manner.

  • With our new team member “Home,” we’ve refined the overall game design. We moved away from primitive methods that relied solely on meeting minutes and memory, and instead introduced the issue tracking tool Jira to distribute work efficiently and respond quickly by overhauling our entire development process.
  • For this year’s set goals, we have addressed optimization challenges by refining the game process with an enhanced understanding of our upgraded game engine, while also securing modularity and a CSV-based data loading system to facilitate balancing and ease maintenance.
  • Based on extensive feedback, we have bolstered the game’s volume and diversity in play styles while maintaining the original concept, thereby reinforcing an element of “unpredictability.” We believe these varied scenarios will both surprise and challenge you.
  • Project TOB is planned to support three languages—English, Korean, and Japanese—at launch.

Our team’s goal is to confidently deliver TOB with this year’s release. Additionally, we are already planning our next roadmap and hope to meet you again soon in an entirely different genre and a completely new format.

Today, as white snow falls in Korea, it outshines the shy flower buds. Nevertheless, just as we look forward to the flowers blooming, we wish you a bright tomorrow.

Sincerely,

CBC, Egg
